    Gmail Surprise Me !! How this is possible

    Most of us using Gmail and I am also one of them. When I get an email, first I read it and always see the source/Details of the email (like senders name, Date, Mailed by .....). Today I got an email but when I look at source/Details section I quite surprised. When you get an email in details option you will find
    From ABCD abc@123.com to me
    but how is this possible that anyone send email to another person and you get the email in your inbox. Just look at the screenshot

    How is this possible Can anyone explain this.

    There is an option named Bcc .. through which you can send mail like this....

    From what I know, when someone sends an email to you via BCC, you don't get to see the BCC at all, even yourself.

    This.

    BCC means you don't see it, even if it's for you.

    Here is the link to highlight the first issue.. where To and CC field are empty... read reply by bkennelly

    Gmail does not include the BCC addresses in the message when it is
    sent, but does save it in your copy. Some email servers (e.g.,
    sendmail) will expose the envelope addresses, if the message does not
    contain a TO or CC headers. You can avoid that problem by always
    filling in one TO address. Many people use their own address this
    way.
    and the second is
    it seems that the Bcc filed is displayed only if you are the sender of the message.
    source 2 : here

    Still some people have problems as per 2nd source...

    Google is great...

    BCC = Blind Carbon Copy

    CC = Carbon copy

    It is likely to be SPAM or someone sent you a Chain Letter

    [edit] I do not think the sender used a Mass Mailer software, even though everything is possible, they say
