How to view Outbound requests of an App.

I have a PC app, which sends sql statements outward via http,
i need to view these Outbound requests,
if possible the Inbound replies also .

Does anybody know any tools to analyse such traffic?

You will need a packet sniffer.
One of the best freeware is Wireshark.

wireshark is for all networking devices, even switches

theres always the netstat command in windows too
