How can i know that someone has hacked my facebook account?

i want to know how can i know that someone has hacked my facebook account? i get the impression that someone has once change my password since i could not log on and so i had to reset it. Even though that person has not done anything daring, maybe he/she is just viewing my profile, thus intruding in my private things.

When you cannot log in with the same password, very likely someone has already hacked in to your Facebook account.
You are lucky that you're able to reset your password. A few rules when this has happened.
1. Change the password of the email address that is used to recover/reset your facebook account.
2. Change your facebook password

1. Follow what Raymond said.
2. Make sure that EACH one of your e-mail IDs have different passwords. Note them down in notepad if you can't memorise them all. Make sure all your passwords are STRONG.

Requisites of a strong password:

1. Password must be 10-16 characters long.
2. Password must be a combination of capital and small alphabets, numbers and special characters ($,#, etc.)
3. Password must contain AT LEAST TWO of EACH OF the above mentioned components.

Finally, run an anti-malware and anti-rootkit scan (in Safe-Mode or in Rescue Disk) to remove any keyloggers or RATs present.
