without a doubt for me is Quantum Leap which is currently being re shown here every day.

Then it would be Top Gear & Most Haunted & Red Dwarf, they have just started filming a new series of Red Dwarf with the original cast 20 years later! cant wait which means ill have to update my Red Dwarf box set

I do remember mowing through the boxsets of SG-1, DS9 and TNG so it is really hard to tell.
