    System Configuration Boot tab question

    I was reading a Windows 7 tutorial on how to improve boot times and it mentioned, checking the No GUI boot checkmark under System Configuration Boot tab. When i went there i noticed something odd, i can't change anything at all, can't check or uncheck anything it won't let me, and i'm pretty sure that in that big box above Advanced Options that there used to be something there last time i checked.
    The only changes i made last week was messing with the Wondershare live boot usb and i set Glary Utilites Pro to Execute 1-Click Maintenance at boot. Anyone have any insight on my probleum? Or is it even a probleum worth fixing?

    "Windows 7(C:\Windows):Current OS;Default OS" is missing ,Download EasyBCD which should allow you to replace the entry, But whats caused it is a mystery to me, id check event viewer

    If its working fine then there's no need to fix it, my moto is "IF its not broke dont fix it"

    EasyBCD Download --> http://download.cnet.com/EasyBCD/3000-2094_4-10556865.html

    Agreed to both tangomouse's suggestions Can also try this:

    Using your Windows 7 installation disc or Repair CD, boot to the command prompt at startup.

    See option 2

    http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/682-command-prompt-startup.html

    Type in these commands below, and press enter after each one.

    bootrec /FixMbr

    bootrec /FixBoot

    bootrec /RebuildBcd
