Small font in Windows 7

After having to get a PC with Windows 7 I have discovered the font is really small. Is there someway of correcting that? I am assuming its Windows since all the websites are the same. I have noticed when I misspell a word and right click the choices it gives me are quite a bit larger.

Hi NOKNOT. If you go to "Control Panel", click on "Personalization" and then "Display", you can change the font size there.
