Make commemt to daily blog

Would someone please explain how to make a comment in the daily blog.

Type in your comment and click the "Post As" button.
You will have to login to your Google, Twitter, Facebook, Yahoo, OpenID or Disqus account to post the comment.
If you don't have any of those accounts, consider signing up a Disqus account which is free.
In fact, registration on all the other accounts are free as well.
