Cool Configuring VMware Workstation 7.0 in Bridge mode: Help needed.

    Host :Win7
    Guest :Ubuntu GNU/Linux distribution

I've tried most of the VMware official Forum instructions.

Does any body have experience configing, .

It works in NAT , but can't get it working in Bridged mode. And without bridged mode its useless.
    I'm connecting via a router.

If any body wants any specific details, will provide.

Just got worse broke NAT too:

    root@xt:~# ifconfig eth0 up
eth0: ERROR while getting interface flags: No such device
