    Cool Flash player with controls??

I need to play a SWF file , and i have adobe flash installed. I can play it by opening it in my browser. But its a 1 hour+ swf, need to fast forward, any ideas, I googled to find a few SWF players, but i definitely don't want to install another Flash player when i have crappy adobe installed.

    Any ideas???

You definitely need a player to play SWF files.
    Try Flash Movie Player.

After downloading, if you are using 7-Zip or WinRAR, you can extract the installer to a new folder to bypass installation. Run fmp.exe and voila!

SWF are not meant to be controlled as they are animations for websites

The only controls were step back and step forward, 4 frames. Couldnt FF.

True , but somebody decided that it was a good format to put 1hour+ video into. Actually in terms of quality, it does a decent job. 24MB -21 min(Good quality). There's one with aduration of 1h-30mb(Bad quality).
