Google plans to phase out 6 services.
Some products that will be merged, open-sourced, or phased out in the coming months:
Picnik:
A popular online photo editor.Retiring the service on April 19, 2012.
Google Message Continuity (GMC):
An email disaster recovery product for enterprise customers.
Google Sky Map:
Will be open-sourcing Sky Map .
Needlebase:
Retiring this data management platform & integrating it into Google's other data-related initiatives.
Social Graph API:
API makes information about the public connections between people,will be fully retired on April 20, 2012
Urchin:
Theweb analytics product that became the foundation for Google Analytics

That's too bad. I hope they will integrate all of its premium features to their freeware desktop image editing client Picasa, currently it does only offer some of the basic Picnik stuff. The integration alone will boost Picasa's image enhancing capabilities.
