Picture text Extracting

I need help on extracting text from a picture. Text is not in English, it is in Hindi, an ancient language whose fonts are difficult to read.

I even tried ABBYY Fine OCR, unfortunately, they don't have language pack for this script (Hindi)

I cannot understand why you would need to "extract" the text from the image. It is impossible to extract text from an image. If you mean write down onto a text file, I don't know how I can help with that.
