what is the best antivirus you know that is free

i have to had many problems with my antivirus i use Norton AntiVirus and i find virus files around my computer like windows,system32 and it never tells me that i have a virus and my compter is get more slower ever day

i have instull my windows again a month ago already my computer is acting wired so i want to change it

i have kaspersky antivirus its pretty good and doesnt use alot of ram like norton

I recommend NOD32 and Kaspersky, both of them are the best. Dude you should uninstall Norton, it really sucks. It is the worse antivirus ever.

I'd recommend Kaspersky Anti-Virus or Avast! Pro. These are the best antivirus programs you'll ever find. Personally, I use Kaspersky 'cause it's really easy to use and provides great protection.

Well, if you need a free anti-virus, I'd recommend AVG Personal or get a 1-year free license version of CA 2007 (formerly known as eTrust).

I use BitDefender 10 i the best ;););) i have try NORTON and Kaspersky and my computer works very slow :( and i like bit defender very much :D AVG is good too :)

I used to use Norton, but Avast is way better. Its a good one.

AVG is very good for totally free. Just download it and install no registration, 1 year license or anything like that.

This is a very debatable topic. Everyone seems to be choosing a different brand. That's why so many types of antivirus exist. AGREE?

My personal favorite is Kaspersky Antivirus :)
