ToDo List

My friend is curious if there is such a site where you can access your personal account from any computer that has internet and to be able to view his own ToDo list. He sometimes forgets things when he's away on his business trip so he asked me if I knew anything. Any ideas? If you can't think of a site, can you give me a possible good example of a program? Thank you! :D
