Hi, I am using XP SP2 Home.

When I turned on my notebook this afternoon, I found that the C drive was running out of space, so I went to check what's happened.
I used the Search function in the Start Menu, and found that there were three files of very large file size located in the directory of:
    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp

Here are the infos of the three files:
    NMF1.tmp 19199040kb
    NMF2.tmp 24769742kb
    NMF3.tmp 28599599kb

I have tried to delete them manually, but then they came back again.

Please help, Raymond and all members.

    Hm... This is something new.

I can't figure out a way on how to trace what is causing the creation of 3 temporary files that's so huge.

What running programs do you have? When you delete the 3 files in Safe Mode, does the 3 files re-create itself immediately?
