Buying Rapidshare Account

I went to pay for a 1 month account at rapidshare.com, but it wouldn't accept my credit card. It said it was valid, but I had to use another one. I am assuming that this is because Rapidshare headquarters is located somewhere in Europe and I can't use my American bank/money. :( WTF! :mad: Is there anything I can do?

Yeah, I signed up for paypal. That's when I get the error. I goto rapidshare, and click on the "Paypal" button under the 1 month column, and then it takes me here. https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr , then I log in, and when I click on "Pay," it tells me I can't use this credit card. It's completely valid, and I HAVE put in the RIGHT information, so that is not the problem.

Here, this is the exact error message I get:
"You cannot use this credit card for this transaction. Please use another funding source."

woody, try contacting PayPal about your credit card.

I am able to use my credit card even though I am not from US or Europe.
Did you verify your credit card in PayPal?
