Windows issue

just installed xp on my sisters new computer and i installed kaspersky and world of warcraft and her myspace crap and win rar is all it has on it and it hangs 99% of the time on boot up just after the little kaspersky icon pops up in the top right corner and it lock up just sits there and i restart it and it does it again and i keep doing it tell i get in and for some reason i caint figure out how this thing goes into safe mode i did it once when i hit the booty menu but it doesnt even give me the option now weirdest bios i seen but i got it in once and it went fine in safe mode

I fixed it it was the kaspersky woder why though :/ but at least it works :D

with my kaspersky whenever i booted up it updated automatically and thats what uses all the ram then its ok after that, but i took the auto update off :)

I think I just ended up reinstalling it and it hasn't been an issue anymore.
