Add folder to vista start menu

Simple question = how do i add a folder to the top left in vista start menu which consists of pictures,documents,music,games...
its will be great if i could add videos and downloads.

I've tried searching for methods on how to do this and also I've downloaded and used every Vista tweaking program.... Was unable to find a way to add folder together with My documents, games, documents, music... Vista only offers to remove them from the lis.

Perhaps it's hardcoded?
