Need a cataloging software..Please suggest...

Hi All,
I am working as an IT Admin in our company.And i need to keep an inventory of the PCs and servers.I am using excel for this.I am looking for some good softwares which can be used for this ( a cataloging software).Since i have couple of offices here i want it to be location wise.Means i i click on one office name i need to get the details as needed.(PC config,IF server,then their model number user name and password,etc.).I searched for some and got some tools which automatically scans the devices and make an inventory.But i don't need those.Some of our servers or PCs will not be connected in the network,so i want to manually enter and keep it.So please anybody suggest me some kind of good software which help me to do this.....

Dear Raymond,
Thank you very much for the link.I downloaded that and using that.This software can be used to get an inventory from pcs connected in the network.But i was looking for one in which i can enter the details manually because some of the devices may not be connected in the network.
