Restore Windows Default actions for memory card insertion

Hi. This is my first post here. Great blog. I read it all the time.

I just read your blog post on the AutoRun for USB cards. I have a problem with my CF and SD memory cards. When I insert them in the card reader, the default actions that Windows prompts me with are mostly missing. There is only one or two showing (each card is different). I have tried to restore the default actions list, but have been unsuccessful so far.
