When I am on MSN or listening to music on Youtube the voices of the people are very weird, like children's voices or the voices u get when inhaling helium
what can i do about this?

You might've just triggered some special effect that Realtek soundcards have, check if you have anything similar (to my description) enabled in your Realtek Sound Manager.
