Limit browsing

Hi...

I wanna know how i can restrict internet access, Like i wanna allow only 50MB usage per day...
because my ISP allow me to browse only 2.5 gb per month if i browse more than that i will be charged


any solutions please help...

I've found a few free ones, test it out.
