    Hi

    We have a Fujitsu SIEMENS laptop, we working on this all day yesterday and it was playing up slightly however nothing major!!!
    When we tried to turn it on this morning it stated the above message with - 'PLEASE PRESS CTRL-ALT DEL.
    When we do this it beeps furiously and stays like it. It seems completely dead - i am also struggling to turn it on also.

    Please help as this is my own business and i have everything on this laptop - can someone help me???

    Did you get the error message "disk error has occurred" like what you stated at the topic?

    Yes its says a disk read error has occured! Hope you can help!

    Try to get in your BIOS and check if the hard disk is detect or not. If not, your only option is to take it out and try it on another laptop or external case.
