In my laptop Vista Home Premium is installed.
So I dual Boot the laptop. In the second thought I removed Windows XP Pro.
Now I am having Problem deleting 2 stupid files. When ever I try to delete from Vista it says another program is using that file.
I even rename the file and the extension also, still I Failed.
I even try to delete the file booting from Bart's CD still failed.
I tried to delete the filed ins Safe Mode, still failed.
I used unlocker also still failed.
Any suggestions

With unlocker, you should be able to delete the file. Even if you're using Windows PE, you should be able to delete the file.
Just wondering, when you tried to delete it with unlocker, did it say what file is it associated with? Any error message when you try to delete it?

Nothing says, just ask me to schedule the task for next boot deletion.

That's weird. Can you tell me what's the file name?

Try this one:
http://www.malwarebytes.org/fa-setup.exe
When I have problems using Unlocker I use FileASSASIN and it works just fine. There is a portable version, the portable version:

The file was created by Flash player inside System32\Macromed\Flash. but I have renamed all the files can't remember the name. I even changed the extension.
These 2 files were created when I installed Windows XP Pro Crystal version. I removed all the Windows XP from my system but I can remove it.
here is the error message generated by file assasin

How about going to Safe Mode and then try using Unlocker or File Assassin to delete the file?

Unlocker and File Assassin didn't work in Safe mode too

I shall try in Safe mode, as far as I know the files are not lokced by any softwares. I will give a try.

These files were having some access restrictions just as System Volume Information folder in the windows mode, to gain access to these files [url=http://www.raymond.cc/blog/archives/2007/11/08/about-recycler-and-system-volume-information-folder-in-xp-and-vista/]i tried this procedure, but it was vain. Before now I use to delete those virus infected files in System Volume Information by booting through Linux, so i gave a try now, and i was able to delete these two files "Flash9d.ocx" and "FlashUtil9d.exe" from linux, i just used a bootable copy of ubuntu.
