    Hello All,

When ever I switch on or reboot my Desktop pc, I see a windows XP Prof
blue screen with message "Please Wait..." and white dots progressing for few
minutes and then it automatically proceed to login screen. I'm not sure what
caused this issue. Can any help me resolve this issue?

Maybe there are some unfinished updates for Windows that haven't been yet installed? The newer updates install only when you turn off the computer.
