If you don't mind and can trust me, I can help you take a look at your configurations using Crossloop.

    Hi Raymond,

Yes I do trust you, as I have seen and know that your credentials are very good.

However, are as far as the Crossloop goes I am not completely sure what it is, but i guess it must be some software where you share puters?

    Hi Raymond

I tried downloading "Crossloop" twice, and each time Kaspersky gave the
    message "detected: riskware not-a-virus:RemoteAdmin.Win32.WinVNC-based.bURL:http://download.crossloop.com/crossloopsetup.exe?20080312010203.exe//file56"

Do I just "Allow" on the virus detected message ?

I am so sorry to have troubled you personally.

    Regards

Will get in touch with you via instant messenger. Crossloop is a tool that allows people to connect to your computer WITH your permission. Kaspersky just detected it as riskware and not a virus. Just allow it will do.
