hey, did you try Hiren Boot cd, it must have BIOS resetting software, I get away with many troubles from Hiren Boot CD, and have been saving me from many problems.

i almost did everything that i read in this forum
but suddenly when i came to kill cmos i was really amazed! coz it did reset my cmos to its factory settings, thanks blackrose and all the guys who help me out,
