Can't Play Bingo

Help, I can't play bingo. :(
I can log in just fine. I can get to the page with cards without any problems.
I can even purchase cards that will play. I just can not get into chat, which is on the same page as the cards playing. I can not view chat text and I can not view the "who's here" list. Also, as far as I know I can not be seen by others. I am having this problem on two out of three computers.
This problem occurs on only two sites, and these sites are sister sites running on the same server. I have tried all that I can think of. I have made sure all plug-ins to my browser are up to date, compared settings on all three computers and everything seems to be the same. I will not use the one computer that works on the site, as it is 450 mHz, and I can sometimes be impatient. I would really appreciate any help I can receive. I am sure some will consider this unimportant, but it is important to me.

I think the bingo sites requires Apple Quicktime. Do you have that installed?
