I dunno why but today when i turned on my laptop and started to use it, every time i clicked on icons it gave me an error message based on what i was opening. Here are 2 samples.
---------------------------
C:\Program Files\Opera\Opera.exe
---------------------------
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------
and
---------------------------
C:\Program Files\iolo\System Mechanic 6\SysMech6.exe
---------------------------
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
---------------------------
OK

Same error message. I dont know what to do..... However, i can still access some folder like recycle bin. I really dont know what is wrong with my computer... What should i do? Please HELP!!!! Oh, and i also cant use my start menu sometimes. cant open it sometimes for i dunno what reason. And I can access my files by using this method:
First, i right click on the file and select "Run as". Then, i must select the second option (the one which you need to login), then type in my password. Although the 1st and 2nd options are practically the same ( both are administrator), i can only open the files in the second option. I am seriously confused.

Seems like virus is causing this problem. Try doing a scan with a reliable antivirus program such as Kaspersky.
Please do NOT double post. I could ban you for that
