    I have word 2007, and today I thought to myself: how can u change a big text that is all in CAPITAL to normal size (as in not capital) with an easy method as I have to re-write(that is the only method I know)

    If you don't have Microsoft Word, you could use an online service to help you manipulate text.
    http://www.spellcheck.net/
    Simply copy and paste the text to the box. At the bottom you can see Upper Case, Lower Case and Proper Case button. Enjoy.
