    Hi Raymond,

I tried to delete a folder in My Docs in XP and It said, Cannot Delete this folder/file, some program might be accessing this file. All the programs are closed and no extra processes are running...

Is there a small tool to Browse for a Folder or File and know which Process is using the file...?
