Anyone know of a free reverse cell phone lookup service that will actually lookup the persons name and information that comes from a received call? Or perhaps one that will also work with LAN lines?

I just received about 8 missed calls from some number and I want to find out who it is, so if anyone knows of a free ones that works without paying the $4-$5 for the information like most of these places, then please let me know.
