Watch "Live" TV on your PC?

I have heard of many places offering the service of watching "live" TV on your PC for free. Is there such a place that offers this kind of service? I know of Joost http://www.joost.com/ which offers programs, but they are not live. For anyone who hasn't looked at it or tried it you should give it a go.

Otherwise... Anyone know of a service that allows you to have a wider selection of programs possibly with "LIVE" capabilities?

I think www.justin.tv is the best online streaming video website. It is a place to broadcast and watch live video online while chatting with friends.
