Yes utorrent is the best torrent program i have ever used.

You can use uTorrent as described above by 'ahasmi06'
Torrents are a good way of transferring data from PC to PC but you have be careful what you are downloading because if you download pirated Music,movies and TV shows,etc, digital software protection companies may track you.You also have to be careful in selection of torrents coz you might end up downloading viruses and Trojans.

Well this one is good,but maybe there is a better one out there,with more features.
