facebook account problem

don't think that's possible to create two identical accounts on facebook or any website

I think it is possible, a friend of mine also got a impostor account.
He contacted the facebook staff but as exepted, they were no help at all.

I wonder how can it be exactly the same? Maybe he can do everything the same but the URL cannot be the same.
