Detect if monitor is powered ON/OFF

Hello @all....

I was wondering if it is posseble to detect if a monitor has it's power on/off with some kind of software.
The reason is to check this on an unmanned system.
I need to see if the unmanned system has the monitor powered On or OFF.

I tryed to find a soft for it , eventuely i find something abouth it , however it was C# forum and there was mentioned.

Was wondering what the benefit would be to know if an unmanned machine's monitor is on.

i started a narrowcasting company.
And i need to see if the broadcaster didnt turned of the monitor

Hmmm I only know of remote assistance type software which you could use to check the state of the monitor, but it would not work in your case. Sorry mate.

For remote i use teamviewer , as i'm currently testing with this remote control soft.
If it passes i consider to get me a commercial license. (ofcourse i need to gain some cliënts first).

My narrowcasting methode works by providing a cliënt url for example:
