    Windows Live Messenger

    I'm having trouble downloading and logging into my Windows Live Messenger Account..

    I've downloaded it from live.com.. and installed the easy login thingy and the messenger itself. When i try and login.. it says that it cant connect and its somthing to do with my firewall..

    Click Help > Service status.
    Do you see that the .NET Messenger Service is "All systems are stable and running."?

    If yes, go to Tools > Options > Connection > Click Start at Connection Troubleshooter.
    You can also click the Advanced button and click Test at TCP.

    Thanks to all that helped

    How I done it:

    1. Close Windows Live Messenger
    2. Open up Cmd in admin mode
    3. Type the following: netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
    4. Hit Enter
    5. Restart Windows Live Messenger
