    accesibility options win xp

I have Windows XP unattended (nlite) and working fine with all the updates. Now I wanted
to use onscreen keyboard for language purpose and I found the accessibility options not available such as magnifier onscreen keyboard.etc.Is there anyway I can install the options or where from I can download microsoft onscreen keyboard.I have tried other onscreen keyboards but language option absent.

Control Panel > Add Remove Programs > Add/Remove Windows Components > Accessories > Accessibility

Pop in a XP CD before doing this.
