Spyware Doctor cannot update

Anyone with the same problem?? I have just recovered from virus attack. Now my Spyware Doctor cannot update anymore with reinstalling does not help.

Edit: Firewall isn't blocking. Everything was running fine

Go to C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc folder. Open the HOSTS file with notepad.
Paste the contents here.

-What type of MALWARE have infected ur Pc?
-What about ur Net Connection ?
-What is ur Antivirus / Firewall? Compatability Issues?

-Is ur Spyware Doctor a licensed one?
If its a cracked version then u deserve it...
Spyware Doctor will definitely detect it via smart update blocking the main application from updating from their servers

Uninstall it and download the lighter version :

- I just recovered from shandler or trojan.agent virus
- Me using ESET Smart Security and Spyware Doctor with antivirus
They are all licensed and Spyware Doctor i got from Raymond tutorial (big thanks to you always!)
- My firewall is obviously only from ESET

Right now I'm able to update it which I also dunno what happened because I did nothing. Just keep rebooting windows.. Any strange codes in my HOST file?

Hm i will do when it doesnt work again. Basically the Spware Doctor-Update window hangs and ended saying cudnt list the updates and asked to try again later. I did research when I had this problem and there were some posts similar with my problem but no solution

May be there server is busy is there a option to try another download site for updates
