How to send a file to a person on Yahoo! Messenger without asking the person?

It doesn't make sense if there is such feature available. Even if a hack is available, Yahoo would fix that as this is a huge security risk.

Yes, also this makes up for hacking attempts. I think you want to send viruses to someone's PC with Y! Messenger. Don't do this and perhaps, you won't be able to do this as Yahoo! will fix it if it occurs.
