How to: adding random quotation in Blogspot.com or blog

I need serious help here. I need to add some famous saying or quotations to a blog at blogspot.com which I created.

My problem is that I need to add all the quotations/sayings that I have and must support devnagari language.

If you know any thing that is free that can help me, please share it with me.

If you know any widget that I can use with blogspot, please share.

You'll probably need to look for javascript to do that since blogspot doesn't allow you to upload PHP and CGI.
