uploading takes more time than downloading
when i upload files in rapidshare it takes more time than i download, the uploading rate is 4kbps which too slow can you tell me what is the problem?

Most of the time an ISP gives a lower upload speed if compared to download speed. This is normal. Moreover, RapidShare is pretty slow nowadays. So it's not surprising that you're getting 4kbps upload rate.

Uploading is always slower than downloading, it's how ISP's provide your internet connection for example a 512kbps download gives you a 128kbps upload, a 1mbps download would give you 256/512kbps upload, don't really know why though..

Not on my end I get around 5Kbps on download and about 6kbps on upload.

W00t!¬
My download speed is NEVER that low.
I'm not even premium rapidshare member but some days I get speeds up to 300kbps; the lowest I ever got was 19kbps.
