can't listen radio on this site

i wanted to listen the radio of the following site but i don't what is the problem, everytime i click it a pop up comes up and tells me that i am listening but i can't hear any voice

The first time I opened the site, my Firefox crashed after 5 min. During this, I did not hear any sound of Radio.
After trying in Opera, It tells me to install a required a plugin to listen to Radio. On clicking the message, it redirects to Opera Support page. Still, no sound to listen.

Works with IE it has to use an active x controller to open windows media player

confirmed does not work with FF must be because the site is made for IE
