Monitoring Bandwidth!!
Hi! Our ISP server called us today and told us that we are exceeding our Bandwidth usage per month. We are allowed 100GB's per month uploading and downloading.
Is there a way that anyone knows of as to how we can keep a record of our own bandwidth usage daily..
I have never heard of this exceeding bandwidth usage by an ISP server and would like to keep track of the usage so that I have a record of usage to present to them if called on this again.
Added Note: We do have 3 computers but rarely are they all going at the same time. We use one computer on a daily basis, the other 2 are used infrequently and should not be adding using much bandwidth at all.
Also we do have Utorrent running on the main computer but not a full day only when idle.,
If anyone knows of and can direct me to a program or other way to monitor our own usage for record keeping, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You in advance

Thanks for all the help and the links. I have bookmarked the links and downloaded the Netlimiter. Now I'll see if I can figure out how to apply what I learn off these links and the Netlimiter to learn more about Bandwidth and how to monitor it's usage.. You've all been a huge help once again!!
Side Note to Raymond: Sorry for NOT finding those threads which were already put up in this forum. Next time I won't be so angry at my ISP server and take more time looking to see if the question has already been asked and answered.. Again Sorry!!
Thank You All for your time and effort, much appreciated.

can't you just log in to your ISPs website and check it there?
