windows vista's defender or KIS 2009

i have just installed vista and it is up to date and windows defender is also up to date, i am using KIS 2009 also, now there are two products which does the real time scanning.

should i turn off windows defender, or should i uninstall KIS 2009?

what are your suggestions and why?

well windows defender isn't a very good program and i suggest you get rid of windows defender, i've used it before and found it useless, just keep KIS

You should turn off Windows Defenfer and continue using KIS.

Windows Defender is only an Anti-Spyware (and it is useless) while KIS 2009 is a complete Internet security Suite.

But when Windows Defender was still Microsoft Anti-Spyware, PC World recognized it as the best anti-spyware.

Windows Defender easily misses out half of the spywares. The best Anti-Spyware according to me is Spyware Doctor and SpyBot S&D
