help!! norton liveupdate always fails

does anybody know how to use norton internet security liveupdate to update. mine checks for update successfully but never download update.help pls...

You are using a cracked version? Maybe a bad crack? Anyway, try these:

Better to unistall it - use Norton Removal Tool -> then reinstall it again and also check ur net conection.
