Cool IE7 send box no messages of send messages

Good morning -- I hope everybody had a nice holiday -- My question today is in my IE7 Send Box has no record of emails send. I've send numerous emails but no record in my send box. I must mention before I done a repair on my XP I was missing the send box all together. Now that I done the repair it suddenly appeared once again. I wonder how I could restore this send box on my IE7 so I can have a record of emails send.
    Thanks as always
    Garry

I don't really understand your question. First things first. Which email provider are you using? Gmail, Hotmail? Did you try using other browsers besides IE, i.e. Firefox, Opera?

Thanks for your reply--I use hotmail and yahoo but with the email for Internet Explorer 7 I have the racsa.com. But I need to say that I'm trying to find out why when I send emails from my IE7 page the send box doesn't record my send messages. I know for a fact that my emails are sending and arriving at the email address but no record of it in my SEND box.

moving the sent emails to the sent folder is a server-side operation. I doubt that it has anything to do with your browser. Try firefox or opera or chrome or (etc) to see if it still does the same thing. But I'm 100% sure it will. better check the options of your email account, maybe you have some option i have never heard of to enable sent messages. Also you could try and mail your email provider and tell them your issue.

Kalin I honestly don't want to change my browser I know for a fact it was working at one time and I think maybe what I will do is to uninstall IE7 then install it and just see if its something to do with the program itselfs. What do you think? Please give me your view on that, thanks.

I don't understand all you're saying because you're not very tech savvy. So let's say this the easy way.

Browser => only a tool that displays code from a website in a nice manner, also able to run several types of scripts. You are on the internet only in the milisecond where you ask for a information or a webpage. Sometimes there are some other kinds of communication but it doesn't matter for browsing. To send an email you send in one stroke all the information needed to the server, the one able to send your email. He sends it and should have put it in his sent folder on the server. all the information you view is also from the server so in my opinion the only mistake can be on the server or in the options you have to view your emails.

You could try a different browser just to test if it's the same problem, you can uninstall the browser afterward. Also you could check if you set any viewing filters (or searches) for your sent folder. Also email the people who provide you your email account. They might be able to help.

    P.S. : what the hell is racsa.com ? I never used it.

This is what was disabled on my friend's computer and it wouldn't keep any sent messages. This was for hotmail only.
