When you right on a file and click send to->desktop, the file is copied to desktop. I think he want's to move that file to desktop instead of copying

    Jitendra ,

If you use Vista try this - http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windo...ht-click-menu/

    XP - http://www.google.co.in/url?sa=t&sou...iLwz4O4tJNKfgw

    You can also use teracopy.

Use Open++ to create more right-click context menus, as featured on Lifehacker and Makeuseof

jitendra.web, you did not give any feedback in the other thread "Windows could not start" you started. Did you finally manage to boot Windows, and if so, what was wrong?

You can't edit the "Send To" shell extension, however you can add new ones.

I don't think that's possible. I could be wrong but that's like editing Shutdown into Restart and vice-versa. Why not just remove "Send-To" form your right click context menu and just use "Copy To" and "Move To"?

Now, I see that you want to add some folder locations to your sendto menu. Run "sendto" and a window pops up. Just drag any folder you want there.

i know this but i want to move the file not copy (send to does copy and paste)

is there any other utility which can do what i want anyhow?
