Online editors- I picked Fotoflexer and Adobe Photoshop Express

Adobe Photoshop CS3 is increadibly expensive it's like $700 dollars or something on average.

Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended is $700. The normal version is $200 I think. BTW, I'm in Canada right now, so don't mind me.
