Take out vista tweaker and Malwarebytes antimalware just use your antivirus or firewall to scan ur pc.Take out spyware terminator because avira DETECTS NEARLY everything that termiantor detects.Trash Vista Tweaker because dosnt do much help,Just tweak and uninstall.Replace your unistaller with revo uninstaller revo is more secure.I prefer only have 1 internet browser.Delete any toher download manger and get flashget.Keep 1 of ur yuetube downloader. Also delte memory scanner because advanced system care got its own.Cleaner is useless so uninstall it and use advanced sytem care.

Don't remove Malwarebytes as it is free and no real time protection, unless you bought it. Malwarebytes has a good detection rate, it can be used for on-demand scanner. IDM still the fastest but you don't like some of it features, as Orbit is a free alternative to IDM, the speed was faster than other download manager, trust me.

Avira has higher detection rate so i reccomend to uninstall malwarebytes. But flashget is the fastest,i used both idm and orbit download managers but orbit downloader cant download torrents but flashget can.

Indeed, YuMeng's right. If it doesn't mess with a live scanner, keep a few on demand ones for the extra malware.
