    Motherboard not recognize videocard. HELP!!!!

    Hi! I'm writing this post for a little help, first sorry for my english but its my first time writing a post in english. I have a problem with my PC, yesterday ist suddenly stop to send the video signal from the video card, I think It may burn but there ist no signal of it, I try with the integrated video and the rest of the PC its fine, but the video card does not apear in the device manager. This morning when I turn on the PC the card was online again, but when I have to reboot the video signal disaappear again, I think it may be a problem with BIOS but I install the newest version for my motherboard and the problem is still there, also uninstall and reinstall the driver but it didn't work. Please someone help me

    Motherboard: Biostar GF7050V-M7
    Processor: Intel PentiumIV 3.20ghz, 2Gb RAM 667Mhz
    PSU: EQQUS 750W
    Video Card: XFX GeForce 8600gt
    HDD: Samsung 80Gb

    I often experience this problem on one of my work place that has very "dirty" electricity. Meaning there is surge and dropouts all the time.

    I am not sure if this will work for you, but try it.
    Disconnect all power cables to your computer, and press the power button for 30 seconds. In HP computer, that'd drain out the power from the board.

    Another old school method you can try, use an eraser that we use to erase pencil marking and rub the golden contact point.
